"Save yourselves the time & agony of this place. The follow through is lacking to the point of you having to call & check if changes you’ve made, have actually been made. State Farm had asked Nevada for rate increases 4 times in the year of 2025 & the state approved them all. The polite lady on the phone lied & said they couldn’t do anything about it. Yes, yes you could!!! Don’t raise rates 4 times. I was told by one of the agents… if you have insurance with us for 3 consecutive years the rate will go down. It’s done nothing, but go up. So State Farm employees are getting paid. Their customer service is drastically lacking. Maybe they should rethink paying actors/athletes to do commercials & focus on customer service."

"I always get a fast response from Jeremy and team for my homeowners and auto insurance.. Rates are reasonable and I recommend adding the Service Line coverage to your Homeowners for a few extra bucks. That sewer pipe from the street to your house is not covered otherwise and state farm is cheaper than those companies that try to sell you coverage for $10 / month."
